Youth Eco Connects: Online Networking Event

Youth Eco Connects

Are you passionate about the environment and eager to connect with like-minded young people across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick? Join the Nova Scotia Environmental Network and New Brunswick Environmental Network for an exciting virtual speed networking event designed just for youth (16-30)! Whether you’re already involved in environmental initiatives or just starting your journey, this event offers a unique opportunity to expand your network, collaborate with others, and explore exciting new opportunities.

The event kicks off with a short presentation by Threading Change, a youth-led, justice-oriented global organization tackling the systemic injustices and inequities that persist in today’s global fashion industry. Threading Change works to advance sustainability and social justice in fashion, highlighting the environmental and human rights impacts of one of the world’s most influential industries. Interpretation will be provided for this portion of the event, ensuring everyone can engage fully in their preferred language.

Then, dive into a fast-paced networking session where you'll meet peers who share your passion. We’ll do our best to match you with participants who speak your language (English or French) as indicated upon registration. You’ll engage in a series of one-on-one conversations, sharing ideas, and experiences, and exploring ways to take action together.

Let’s empower each other to take action and make a difference!
